Returns

If you purchase wasn’t exactly what you wanted then please return it asap in it’s original condition , unworn, make up free and no smellies with a maximum return date of 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. Due to me being a small business with small runs please return your item within 14 days otherwise I cannot process the returned item.

Make a Return

I take responsibility that you will receive your purchase but cannot take responsibility for your returned item until I have received it, so I recommend it is returned via a trackable service. The return address is on the package and on my website if you require it. Please use brown packing tape on your returned package as items lost en- route cannot be refunded. Using Royal Mail signed for means your item is insured for £50 otherwise sending via Special Delivery will cover larger amounts and be tracked. Please keep proof of postage.

Refunds

I aim to refund within 2 days of receiving the returned item in it’s original state. Please message me via email or call me on 07969 686793 if you cannot see your refund within 5 working days. I refund the whole amount including postage through the original method of payment.

If returning an item from overseas please make sure you write ‘ Returned Goods – relief claimed’ clearly on the package and its accompanying customs declaration.

EU Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the clothing items.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this quickly by using our electronic [Cancel / Withdraw From Order] button located in your account dashboard, or by emailing us using our specific Order Withdrawal Form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returns Shipping & Item Condition

Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Handling the Clothing: You are only liable for any diminished value of the clothing resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit. You may try the clothing on for fit, but items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
